Elk Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground elk
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 2 t ground cumin
- 2 t rubbed sage
- 2 t smoked paprika
- 2 t chili powder
- fresh salsa
- corn taco shells
- grated cheese
- sour cream
Instructions
- Saute the onion until translucent, then add the elk and herbs. Season to taste.
- Plate with the salsa, taco shells, cheese and sour cream, and serve.
